Live from Puerto Rico! Meditate and breathe for a more joyful holiday season!

Do you find it hard to stay calm and kind over the holiday season? Do certain family members know how to trigger you? This pre-holiday self-care session will offer a few breathing and meditation tools to help you find your center and be calm over the holidays—even with people you find challenging.
Join Travel Impactful and Santosa Yoga and Health (Instructor Daniella Gould) Tuesday, December 21st 2021 at 12PM EST for a free 20-minute pre-holiday self-care session.
What to Expect:
- A mantra, a phrase you can repeat to yourself in difficult moments
- Breathing techniques to help you pause and calm down
- Short, guided meditations to move away from your head to focus on your body and view challenging people with more compassion and kindness. You’ll let go of the backstories to focus on each present moment.
What to Bring: You can practice this from anywhere in a chair or on a yoga mat.
This self-care session is free, but we suggest donations of any amount to benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Puerto Rico for their swimming pool, swim lessons, or art programs.
